CLARION – The Clarion County Constitution Party wants to bring its message of limited government to the public when it hosts a Founders Series presentation at 7 p.m. Thursday at Trinity Point Church of God just south of the Interstate 80 in Monroe Township.

The program is called “All Men Are Created Equal – Critical Race Theory and Its Effects on the Fabric of America,” and the guest speaker is Diane Gramley, President of the Pennsylvania Chapter of the American Family Association.
