FAIRMONT, W.Va. – My Health System, the Marion County Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries held a groundbreaking ceremony to celebrate the expansion of My Health Primary Care and Cardiology and to introduce specialist services in Grand Fairmont area.
The new location is in the Fairmont Technology Park, located just off I-79.
âI have been honored to serve in the state legislature representing the citizens of Marion and Monongalia counties for the past 3 decades, ensuring that our citizens and the surrounding communities continue to have a real choice of ‘where they get their health care,’ Mon Health Medical said. The new convenient location includes an expanded clinical office space for Mon Health primary care doctors. Marilyn Bonfili and Lisa Flower and Mon Health cardiologists and vascular cardiologists now seeing patients in the technology park office.

“We are delighted to continue to provide residents of the Grand Fairmont with excellent medical care close to home from the trusted My Health providers they already know in their neighborhood here and soon in Whitehall at our new hospital,” said said David Goldberg, President and CEO of Mon. Health system. âNot only are we here to celebrate our new multi-specialty clinic, but also to accept a generous cash donation from the Fairmont Regional Healthcare Foundation to expand care here at Fairmont.
The Regional Healthcare Foundation, which was once part of the original Fairmont Regional Hospital which was acquired by Alecto, has chosen to provide funds to Mon Health to continue serving the needs of the Marion County community.
The organization presented Mon Health with a check for $ 200,000 at the event.
